The School of Social and Behavioral Sciences (SSBS) at Nanjing University (NJU) offers undergraduate degrees in sociology, applied psychology, and social work; master degrees in sociology, anthropology, foundational psychology, applied psychology, social work and demography; and doctoral degrees in sociology and psychology. Additionally, the school offers a master's program in sociology taught entirely in English and a postdoctoral research station in sociology. Teaching: Fulfill a required teaching workload.
Research: Participate in related scientific research and academic activities; obtain a provincial or ministerial-level research fund within three years and publish certain high-quality papers.
Academic Service: Strengthen exchanges and connections with domestic and international academic communities and related academic teams.
Other Duties: Complete tasks assigned by the university and the school.
Comply with laws and regulations.
PhD graduates from renowned domestic or international universities.
Published at least one top-tier journal paper or three CSSCI papers.
Age not exceeding 35 years.

After three years, candidates who pass the performance evaluation can renew their contracts; those with outstanding achievements may apply for associate professor position.
