佘壮，男，助理教授(特聘研究员)。博士毕业于华东师范大学临床与心理咨询专业，麦吉尔大学咨询心理学系联合培养博士。2023年12月入职南京大学社会学院。主要研究方向为：（1）循证治疗实践，包括当事人正式反馈（疗效反馈）和心理治疗偏好两个研究主题；（2）咨询过程与效果研究。研究致力于使用循证治疗实践来提高心理咨询效果，降低当事人的脱落。相关研究成果获得领域内国际媒体报道，并在国内临床实践中获得较为广泛的应用。担任咨询心理学顶级期刊Journal of Counseling Psychology同行评审专家。曾在高校从事专职心理咨询工作多年，治疗取向为人本心理治疗。当前，专注于循证治疗实践领域的研究与实践工作。
